The independent asset management firm specializing in international credit announces two strategic hires to support its growth momentum, built around its expertise in active management and the internationalization of its investor base: Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Salomon (formerly of Schelcher Prince Gestion) joins IVO Capital Partners with the mission of diversifying and expanding the range of international credit funds, and Henri Rayot joins the teams to accelerate the company&#8217;s international development. The marketing and middle office teams are joined by Simon D&#8217;Hooghe and Nicolas Rodrigues to support the growth of assets under management and maintain a high level of operational excellence.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With significant growth over the past three years in both assets under management (reaching \u20ac1.7 billion at the end of March 2025) and staff (34 employees), IVO Capital Partners has become a leading firm for all types of investors seeking diversification, including institutional investors, multi-managers, private banks, family offices, and wealth management advisors. IVO Capital continues to diversify its fixed income expertise and takes a further step with the recruitment of Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Salomon, a renowned manager of Euro High Yield credit and flexible bond strategies. He will leverage IVO Capital&#8217;s infrastructure, which now comprises 14 professionals within the investment team, all with international, multicultural, and experienced backgrounds. In parallel, the arrival of Henri Rayot marks a new step in the internationalization of its client base \u2013 a process initiated in recent years and already exceeding 15% foreign investors. He joins the Investor Relations team (7 people) and will focus on developing and monitoring client relationships.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>With 25 years of experience in European credit, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Salomon joins the management team with the mission of diversifying and expanding IVO Capital&#8217;s range of credit funds, by developing a new Euro High Yield range and strengthening the Global High Yield strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Salomon is a renowned specialist in European credit, with over 25 years of experience in the credit market and a unique expertise in high-yield bonds. A founding member of Schelcher Prince Gestion, a subsidiary of Ark\u00e9a Investment Services and a long-established and key player in bond management, he created and developed the company&#8217;s credit analysis function. From 2000, he led its Euro High Yield strategy (a 20-year track record as Senior Fund Manager). Subsequently, for over five years, he managed its range of credit funds (representing more than \u20ac5 billion in assets) as Head of Credit, leading a team of four, where he spearheaded innovative and complex credit market strategies. Rated AA by Citywire, several of the funds he managed were rated 5 stars by Morningstar and Quantalys and awarded various prizes, notably at the Grands Prix des Sicav &#8211; Mieux Vivre Votre Argent \/ Les Echos for Schelcher Flexible Short Duration ESG, which won the 2023 and 2024 award for excellence, as well as at the Lipper Fund Award 2025, 2023 and 2014, for Schelcher Euro High Yield ESG, in the category of best euro High Yield fund over 3 years and 5 years.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>At the same time, IVO Capital is accelerating its internationalization and recruiting Henri Rayot as Director of Swiss Sales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Henri Rayot has over 15 years of experience, with a strong international focus, in developing and marketing financial solutions for institutional and professional asset managers. He has held key positions within various organizations and orchestrated their development strategies, both internally and externally, across numerous geographic regions in Europe. He is distinguished by his sharp and diverse expertise in listed and unlisted financial products (equities, bonds, mutual funds, treasury solutions, private equity, LBOs) and his extensive experience working with a wide range of investor clients. A graduate of NEOMA Business School, he began his career in 2009 in Germany at Cr\u00e9dit Agricole CIB in Frankfurt, working in the acquisition finance team and then on the trading floor for fixed income products. In 2012, he joined the asset management firm SPGP in Paris, where he played a key role in internationalizing the investor base. In 2014, as a founding member of the Luxembourg-based asset management company Dynasty AM, he led business development with a primarily German-speaking international clientele (institutional and wholesale clients) and participated in the launches of several funds.
