Paris, November 20, 2025 – IVO Capital Partners, an independent management company specializing in bond markets, announces the arrival of Julio Arantes as senior analyst in the emerging markets team. Formerly an analyst with J.P. Morgan in New York and São Paulo, Julio Arantes brings over fifteen years’ experience, mainly in emerging markets equity and credit research. This recruitment is part of the ongoing strengthening of IVO Capital’s investment team dedicated to emerging markets, against a backdrop of growing assets under management and increasing demand for the asset class. The 13-strong team stands out for its strong international dimension and excellence in credit analysis, which have been part of the company’s DNA since its creation.

This strategic recruitment confirms IVO Capital’s determination to strengthen its expertise while remaining true to its international DNA, by surrounding itself with experienced professionals with recognized experience in emerging markets. For more than eight years at J.P. Morgan, Julio Arantes held positions as analyst in the Latin America Equity Research team, then as vice-president in the Emerging Market Corporate Credit Research team. He then pursued his experience by implementing investment strategies across multiple asset classes, first at the impact-oriented Avivar Capital, then at Madoqua Renewables, where he led investments in the energy transition. Julio Arantes holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
